1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By downloading, registering, or playing games on DiwaAce, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and applicable state laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Real cash games are restricted in certain Indian states (such as Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim) where skill-based gaming with cash stakes is prohibited by law.

2. User Account & Fair Play Policy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile login details and wallet transactions. You agree to use the service only for lawful entertainment purposes.

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts on a single device or share accounts with other users.
• Use automated bots, scripts, hacks, or third-party cheating software to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engage in collusion, soft play, or chip-dumping with other players on any gaming table.
• Provide fraudulent information or fake identity documents during KYC verification.
• Use stolen credit/debit cards or unauthorized UPI accounts for wallet deposits.

3. Deposits, Bonus & Withdrawals

Wallet & Payout Rules:

• Bonus Wallet: Promotional bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and can only be used as entry fee discounts for specified cash tables.
• KYC Requirement: Successful identity verification (Aadhar / PAN) is mandatory prior to releasing any withdrawal request.
• Instant Withdrawals: Cash withdrawals are processed directly to your verified bank account or UPI ID subject to minimum limits and applicable TDS regulations.

4. Skill-Based Gaming & Disclaimers

DiwaAce offers games of skill (such as Rummy, Teen Patti variants, Ludo, and strategy-based games) where outcomes depend predominantly on player skill, decision-making, and experience.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted server connectivity or zero network latency on the player's end.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiwaAce and its operators shall not be liable for financial losses resulting from player decisions, network dropouts on the user’s end, unauthorized account access due to user negligence, or account suspensions triggered by violation of Fair Play rules.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

DiwaAce reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account without prior notice if the user is found guilty of breaching Fair Play guidelines, using anti-cheat tools, or attempting fraudulent transactions. Any illicit winnings in a banned account will be forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming
